Much of the work taking place on the Welsh Jewish Cultural Centre project at the moment is happening behind the scenes, working with our architects and business planners to make sure we've got the best plans in place for the building.
In this article, we're sharing the latest design schemes for the Merthyr Tydfil synagogue - as well as some artists visuals of how the building could look inside - to help give you some insights into what we're hoping the renovation project will achieve.
We've appointed GWPA as our chosen architects - they are a practice of architects, sustainability specialists, space planners and interior designers. Founded in 1980 the practice has offices across the UK and works across England, Wales and Scotland extensively.
The experience within the practice extends across a wide range of building types working in both the public and private sectors, including residential, affordable housing, PBSA, BTR, Co–living, extra care, health care, commercial, food, drink, pharmaceutical, leisure, racecourses, universities, museums, industrial including warehouse/distribution.
